1. Digital Product License Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Recruiting OS for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the template or any of its components to third parties.

2. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products (Notion templates/digital downloads), all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the Recruiting OS, we cannot offer refunds, as the product cannot be "returned."

3. No Guarantees (Earnings & Results) While the Recruiting OS is designed to optimize your hiring process, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, number of hires, or financial earnings. Your success depends on your individual implementation and market conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability The Recruiting OS is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall Remo Kelm or Recruiting OS be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

5. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
